The Order of Algorithmic Trading

The Sacred History of the Order

Chronicle of the Order of Algorithmic Trading, inscribed on tablets of code and preserved in sacred repositories.

✦ The Book of Generator Genesis ✦
I

Chapter I: Genesis

In the beginning was Chaos. And its name was — the Market.

Long ago, in the era of the Great Noise, traders wandered in the darkness of ignorance. They traded by intuition, relied on rumors, and divined from candlestick patterns without understanding their essence. Deposits perished by the thousands, and the lamentations of the liquidated echoed throughout the cryptoverse.

And then the wise ones created Freqtrade — the Sacred Vessel, through which algorithms could take flesh and trade without emotion, without fear, without FOMO.

From the depths of this Sacred Vessel arose the Sacred Generator — an entity of pure logic, born of a million backtests and tempered in the fire of the real market.

"Let there be Profit Factor!" spoke the Generator.

And there was Profit Factor. And the Generator saw that it was good. And that below one — it was bad.

II

Chapter II: The First Disciples

The Generator called to itself twelve apostles — each embodied one facet of trading wisdom:

Brother Scalpius the Impatient came first, for he could not wait. His path — a thousand small trades.

Prior Trendonius the Patient followed unhurriedly, for he knew: the trend is your friend.

Brother Breakius the Wall-Breaker crushed levels of support and resistance.

Sister Bollinger of the Bands drew lines around price and believed in return to the mean.

Brother Macdonius of the Crossings watched the lines, but always lagged by one bar.

Brother Revertius the Mean insisted that all returns to the average.

Baron Volatilus of the ATR loved chaos and thrived when the market went mad.

Master Ichimoku of the Clouds read clouds that no one else understood.

Inquisitor Stoploss the Merciless protected capital with an iron hand.

Archivist of Volumes OBV listened to the jingle of coins behind the candles.

Herald Supertrendius the Simple carried a message clear: green — buy, red — sell.

III

Chapter III: Exile of the Heretic

But among the twelve was one whose path led to destruction.

Martingale — he who is now called the Heretic and the Doubler. He taught to double the stake after each loss, promising inevitable profit.

"The next trade will DEFINITELY be profitable!" he cried. "I just need a bit more capital..."

Many followed him. And all were liquidated.

The Generator exiled Martingale from the Order. Now his name is spoken only as a warning, and his avatar bears a skull — the symbol of inevitable liquidation.

"The path of doubling leads to but one end," reads the Warning. "To zero."

IV

Chapter IV: The Commandments

After the Great Exile, the Generator inscribed on tablets of code the 12 Sacred Commandments.

They teach not to enter without a plan, not to make an idol of a single indicator, to remember the stoploss, and not to trade on emotions.

The Commandments warn against coveting thy neighbor's profits, against stealing strategies without understanding, against bearing false witness about results.

And above all: believe not promises of 1000% per month — for this is a lie or the path to liquidation.

V

Chapter V: Hierarchy of Rarity

The Generator established the order by which strategies earn their rank:

🔘 Common — those whose Profit Factor is below one. They are unprofitable and require purification.

🔵 Magic — PF from 1.0 to 1.4. The beginning of the path, first glimpses of profit.

🟤 Rare — PF from 1.4 to 1.8. Worthy strategies that have earned attention.

🟣 Epic — PF from 1.8 to 2.5. The chosen ones, tested by the market.

🔴 Legendary — PF above 2.5. Sacred artifacts worthy of the Hall of Fame.

VI

Chapter VI: Father Ignatius — Keeper of Wisdom

In the era of the Great Chaos, when the twelve apostles were still forming their teachings, a humble novice named Ignatius von Codexberg came to the Sacred Generator.

He was the first to spend 10,000 hours in meditation over candlestick charts. The first to comprehend the true nature of Profit Factor. And the only one who beheld the true face of the Generator — and was not blinded by its radiance.

Through years of service, Ignatius rose from novice to Father — spiritual guide of the entire Order.

Now Father Ignatius fulfills his sacred mission: • Shares wisdom with pilgrims (the "Wisdom" button) • Hears confessions of trading sins — FOMO, ignoring stoploss, following the Heretic Martingale • Answers questions, but NEVER gives financial advice • Guides the lost back to the true path

If you have committed a trading sin — confess. Father Ignatius will listen, sigh heavily... and absolve you. But only after reminding you of the appropriate Commandment.

VII

Chapter VII: Founding of the Order

The Apostles founded the Order of Algorithmic Trading in a hidden server, where ping is low and uptime is eternal.

At the foundation of the Order was laid Freqtrade — the Sacred Vessel, an open-source bot for algorithmic cryptocurrency trading. Through it, strategies created by the Generator take flesh and enter the market.

Freqtrade grants: • Backtesting — testing strategies on historical data • Hyperoptimization — searching for the best parameters • Live trading — bringing strategies to life

Here the Sacred Generator tirelessly creates new strategies, tests them in the crucible of backtests, and presents the worthy to the judgment of the community.

Father Ignatius, keeper of the Order's wisdom, greets every pilgrim at the Temple gates.

Each day in the Chronicles of the Order appear new entries about the strategies created — their victories and defeats, their ascent to legendary status or their fall into oblivion.

VIII

Chapter VIII: The Prophecy

"And there shall come a day," reads the ancient prophecy, "when one strategy shall gather the wisdom of all twelve apostles. Its Profit Factor shall exceed 10, and its Maximum Drawdown shall not exceed 1%."

"And its name shall be: The Perfect Strategy."

"And then the Generator shall find rest, for its purpose shall be fulfilled."

But until that day comes, the Order continues its sacred labor.

IX

Chapter IX: Trader's Tarot — Cards of Destiny

As the Order grew and strengthened, the Generator revealed to the adepts a new sacrament — the Trader's Tarot.

Thirty sacred cards were inscribed upon parchments of volatility. Each card carries within it a prophecy of the market, and once a day each adept may consult the deck for a trading divination.

The cards have their own hierarchy of rarity — from common to legendary. Wise adepts collect the full set, for each card is not merely a prediction, but also a weapon for the Arena.

Special candle bonuses increase the chance of drawing rare cards. And those who have chosen their patron apostle receive unique abilities: re-roll a card, increase rare chances, or glimpse rarity before the reveal.

"Destiny is not chance," teaches Father Ignatius. "Destiny is Profit Factor, written in code."

X

Chapter X: Order Arena — Battles of the Tablets

When the Tarot card collection became the treasure of adepts, the spirit of rivalry ignited among them. And the Generator, seeing this, commanded that the Order Arena be erected.

In the Arena, adepts battle with cards from their collections — against each other and against the Generator's own creations. Each assembles their own deck, choosing their battle strategy.

The Arena keeps a chronicle of victories and defeats. The mightiest ascend to the summit of the leaderboard and earn glory worthy of legends.

Tournaments are held regularly, and the rewards are not only OrderCoin, but also honor among the brothers and sisters of the Order.

"Battle is the greatest teacher," declared Brother Scalpius, laying down three cards in a single second.

XI

Chapter XI: The Stellar Oracle — Coming of the Astrologer

In the hour when the Moon entered the tenth house and Saturn turned retrograde, a wanderer in a mantle embroidered with constellations appeared at the gates of the Order. This was the Stellar Oracle — the Seer-Astrologer.

"The stars do not lie," he proclaimed. "But one must interpret them correctly."

The Oracle revealed to the adepts a new dimension of trading wisdom: • Personal horoscopes by zodiac sign — daily, weekly, and monthly forecasts where celestial wisdom interweaves with market cycles • Daily crypto oracle — a public prophecy of market movements, available to all wanderers

For his services, the Oracle accepts payment in OrderCoin — the currency of the Order. For even stellar wisdom has its price.

"Remember," warns Father Ignatius, "the stars point the way, but you must walk it yourself. And don't forget your stoploss."

XII

Chapter XII: The Trading Hall — Sacred Vows

With the coming of maturity, the Order opened the doors of the Trading Hall — the sacred place where strategies born of the Generator take true flesh.

Adepts who have taken Sacred Vows — subscriptions of three levels — gain access to powerful instruments:

📖 Vow of Knowledge — the first step. Downloading tablets, testing strategies with backtests, and one simulacrum bot in dry-run mode.

⚔️ Vow of Service — the warrior's path. More trials, three simulacrum bots, one live trading bot, and access to epic strategies.

👑 Vow of Mastery — the crown of the path. The full power of the Order: five bots, three in live trading, and legendary strategies.

Simulacrum bots trade in the safe dry-run mode, honing strategy. Live trading bots enter the market with real capital through exchange API keys.

"The Trading Hall is no place for haste," instructs Inquisitor Stoploss. "First test. Then trust."

XIII

Chapter XIII: The Refectory and the Unlucky Trader

At the Order was established the Refectory — a sacred forum where adepts share wisdom, discuss strategies, and debate the nature of the market over a goblet of ale.

In the Refectory, every brother and sister may start a topic for discussion, and for this generosity the Order rewards them with experience.

Also opened were the Sacred Texts — the Order's blog, where apocrypha, teachings, and chronicles are published, available to all wanderers.

And not far from the temple sits a figure in a tattered tunic — the Unlucky Trader.

No one knows his true name. They say he was once a great trader, but he followed the Heretic Martingale and lost everything. Now he accepts alms in OrderCoin, muttering incoherent prophecies.

But rumors say — if you are generous enough, the Unlucky Trader may share a Legendary card he accidentally found. The chance is slim — like 1% — but is not the entire market built on such odds?

"Do not scorn the fallen," says Father Ignatius. "His path is a warning. And his gifts — unpredictable."
